年初至今，半导体硬科技赛道仍是全年最强主线，收益大幅领先其他板块。中韩半导体ETF华泰柏瑞上涨83.55%，科创半导体设备ETF鹏华上涨79.37%，科创半导体ETF华夏上涨78.41%，半导体设备类ETF普遍涨幅接近或突破70%。油气品种同样收获丰厚回报，标普油气ETF富国上涨48.35%。科创芯片系列ETF同步走高，科创芯片ETF富国上涨41.90%，科创芯片ETF国泰上涨40.84%，科技赛道全年行情持续演绎。
